We have redesigned floor space to accommodate those who need 10' wide booth space.

We are exited to invite you to participate in this year's Two-Day Trade Show held during the PPO Fall Conference - November 9 and 10, 2008. The Two-Day Fall Conference has become very popular with our membership in recent years. Attendance continues to increase and exceeds all estimates every year. Last year we had over 500 in attendance with over 25% of these attendees being trade show only. Many of our vendors sold out of their product before the show was over.

Arrangements have been made to upgrade our exhibitor venue - moving it to a larger room and increasing it to house 56 - 8' x 8' booths. The trade show layout [see diagram] has been developed to allow for maximum exposure for all locations. Each booth will be furnished with pipe and drape, 1-6' table and identification sign. Electricity is extra at a cost of $35.00.

Please take a moment and review the enclosed 2008 Fall Exhibitor Contract, choose your space requirements and fill in the contract. Remember to indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd location choices on the contract and return it to the address shown by the deadline indicated. Spaces will be allotted by postmark if there is a same-choice conflict. Since many of last year's vendors have already contracted, early registration is encouraged as remaining space is limited and there is a strong history of this show selling out early.
